Stamped into the pendant before baking is the word "breathe". The pendant is hung from soft, green genuine seude cord. 
You'll want to drop one to two drops of your favorite essential oil onto the pendant and allow a few seconds for it to absorb so that it doesn't transfer to your clothing, then you're ready to put the necklace on and defeat your day!
