Yoga Essential Oil

This is a essential oil set to help you become relaxed and focused while you practice yoga.  The set includes: One 2 oz. bottle of Namaste Yoga Mat Spray which is a wonderful blend of Frankincense and Sage complemented with some lighter floral and fruit notes for balance.  This is nice to spray in the air as you begin your practice and to spray on your mat when your are finished. One 10ml essential oil roller which has a base of Ghandi Root which has a wonderful aroma and is complemented with Ho Wood and Chamomile for a lovely blend to enjoy during your practice and anytime to help you stay calm and grounded. And an inhaler.  I think inhalers are great because they are so easy to carry with you to use when needed throughout the day.  This inhaler has a blend that works well with the other oils in this set with the base being Patchouli with touches of Ho Wood and Elemi. The best thing about these items is your body also benefits from the chemical components of the essential oils used which can help keep your body, mind, and spirit in balance and strengthen your immunity.
